convenient stay NEAR namba station

nearby pharmacy attentive staff easy transportation convenient access

the hotel is very close to namba station . i appreciated the nearby shopping areas, nambacity and nambaskyos. the staff were attentive and quick from the front desk to the breakfast buffet team. i was happy with the convenient access to emergency goods from the pharmacy next door.

the room was smaller than expected , and the restroom had an unpleasant smell.

the staff were helpful and polite , available at the reception area. they provided tea and coffee making facilities , also extra sachets were accessible , providing convenience , which i found useful.

the breakfast menu had many options , offering a good variety. the coffee machine was available at any time , which was really convenient. it ensured that guests could enjoy a cup of coffee whenever they wanted throughout their stay.

The hotel's location is very convenient. It is close to the train station and a short walk from popular spots. I found many plug-in outlets in the room (very useful for electronics). The staff managed stored luggage well, even when the lobby was busy.

The front desk area gets crowded during check-in because it is small.

Breakfast was tasty, though the menu had limited day-to-day variation. The hotel has a coffee machine and provides tea bags in the reception area, which I liked.

poor soundproofing ridiculous bathroom

the room cleaning schedule was odd they changed towels sometimes without making the beds other times did the opposite the bathroom was so small it felt ridiculous and the noise from motorcycles at night was unbearable the soundproofing in the room was terrible i did not get much rest.

infrequent cleaning unhelpful staff

the location was acceptable because it was close to public transportation.

i did have a few problems. the room wasn't cleaned every day, i think it was only cleaned every three days, a real disappointment. also, i needed a spoon but the staff refused my request, they were so unhelpful.

central location train station separate toilet

i found the location quite central it was really close to the train station entrance and a drugstore around the corner was also very convenient the room had two sinks and the toilet and shower were separate this made getting ready easy with my family i especially liked the control panel near the bed it let me manage all the lights without getting up

the hotel did not offer complimentary bottled water i had to pay for it

Cozy stay near Namba

friendly staff spacious room

The room was spacious according to standards here. I especially liked location being close to the station and also plenty of restaurants. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with my choice for this trip.

The cleaning schedule could be improved. It was only cleaned once every three days. I would have appreciated daily cleaning service.

The room had comfortable beds and a mini fridge. There was safe in the room which was very useful. The bathroom included a shower and essential toiletries were provided daily. Those were of decent quality.

The hotel allowed luggage storage before check in. There is free coffee available until late, a nice touch. The hotel has vending machines. They offer a variety of drinks. There is no bar open though.

The hotel has breakfast, but I did not try it. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby to explore. It seems breakfast is not highly rated based on other experiences. It may be better to explore outside.
